CTI is seeking input from a broad range of community stakeholders in an effort to bring together the Greater Lowell Community to help us prioritize our strategic direction.
To that end, we have developed two survey tools.

Community Needs Assessment Survey
This tool is intended to obtain feedback from the community at-large on a wide variety of topics. It is available in English, Spanish and Khmer.

Community Partner Survey
This tool is intended for community organizations who serve and have experience with the low-income residents of Greater Lowell.
