Annual Report - This is the agency's premiere publication complete with overviews of each Division, including program highlights and new initiatives, Central Administration, Financial Statements and much more.

Community Action Plan - In compliance with the agency's Community Services Block Grant, the Planning Office prepares a three-year Community Action Plan which includes both an Internal Needs Assessement and a Community Needs Assesment, funding strategies, linkages and includes the integration of our strategic goals.

Strategic Plan 2009 ~ 2011 - This plan is the culmination of nine-months of planning, focus groups, surveys, and a large planning event that helped us identify strategic priorities and the development of goals and strategies to meet these priorities.
