Annual Report - This is the agency's premiere publication complete with overviews of each Division, including program highlights and new initiatives, Central Administration, Financial Statements and much more.

Community Action Plan - In compliance with the agency's Community Services Block Grant, the Planning Office prepares a three-year Community Action Plan which includes both an Internal Needs Assessement and a Community Needs Assesment, funding strategies, linkages and includes the integration of our strategic goals.

CTI 2008 ~ Designing Our Future - In September 2004, CTI published its first Strategic Plan entitled CTI 2008 ~ Designing Our Future. This plan is the culmination of nine-months of planning, focus groups, surveys, and a large two-day community event that helped us identify strategic priorities and chart the future of the agency.
