Community Teamwork is committed to addressing the need for decent, safe, and affordable housing. With help from CTI's Office of Planning & Program Development, and our subsidiary programs including Common Ground Development Corporation and Community Housing, Inc., CTI has acquired 84 units of rental property, managed by Princeton Property Management. .

Merrimack Valley Housing is our 60 unit senior housing development located at 20 Calumet Rd. in Methuen, Massachusetts. This garden style apartment complex was built in the early 1980's as a 202 project. It is a beautiful apartment complex designed to meet the needs of low-income seniors.

CTI purchased a nine family rental unit on Broadway in Lowell and renovations on the final apartment unit have just been completed. These are affordable rental units occupied by low-income tenants with the help of CTI's Division of Housing and Homeless Services. In addition, CTI just finished the construction of a 15 unit, state-of-the-art housing complex in the town of Westford called Stony Brook. These beautiful brand new apartments house five families at 30% of median income or below, five at 50% of median income, and five at 100% of median income.

Property management is not just about collecting rent. CTI works with Princeton Managment who provide quick responses to address all types of maintenance problems or repairs to all of CTI's rental units. In addition to the upkeep of our rental properties, this crew of professionals adhere to strict building safety and cleanliness standards throughout all of CTI's facilities ensuring the safety and well-being of CTI staff.
