oversees the entire network. As the network administrator
he maintains and supports all servers as well as the CISCO
hubs and switches. Mat performs daily network backups and
provides technical assistance to CTI staff for Internet/Intranet,
e-mail and MS Office Applications. Additionally, Mat oversees
the Information System Specialist and assists with troubleshooting. |

Tom
is responsible for software installs of CTI desktop applications.
He provides technical support and troubleshooting with MS
Operating Systems and Office Suites. Tom also maintains the
agency's keyless entry system. Working together as a team,
Tom provides assistance with nightly server backups and with
the maintenance of locally connected and networked printers.
Tom has many years of hands-on experience with current computer
technology. |
| Sam
provides desk-top support to CTI users and responds to calls
from staff in need of technical assistance. He provides technical
support and troubleshooting, performs set-up and installation
of software on new computers and upgrades on older systems.
Sam also assists the Network Administrator with server maintenance
and daily back-ups.
