Mechanics Hall Corporation

Mechanics Hall Corporation was established in 1998 as a subsidiary corporation to Community Teamwork, Inc. for the purpose of owning the agency's headquarters at 167 Dutton St. After purchasing the building and the land, many upgrades went into the building to address fire and safety issues.

Since 2002, many improvements have been made to the agency's headquarters including fresh paint in almost all the rooms, new carpeting on the first, second and third floors as well as the main stairway, a new roof, maintenance to the rear bulkhead and the installation of a planter barrier, and repaving of the parking area shared by our neighbor, GoodYear Tire Company.

The establishment of Mechanics Hall has allowed CTI to purchase the building and provide the financing necessary to maintain the building, the value of which has increased significantly as has all property in Lowell.
