Collaborative CPC
The CPC provides tuition assistance to working families living
in Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Tewksbury or Wilmington
who have a preschool aged child (2.9 - 5years), and who meet
certain income eligibility guidelines.

A free seven-week program offers participants the opportunity
to build the financial skills they need to pursue the purchase
of a home, development of a business or to apply savings toward
a higher education program.
