Chief
Financial Officer Bill Reis oversees CTI's Fiscal Office which
is responsible for proper recording of all dollars coming
into and going out of the agency. The Fiscal Office monitors
over 100 program budgets and maintains payroll records, tax
records, and fringe benefits for 301 full and seasonal employees
and 191 part-time temporary employees.
The
Fiscal Office is comprised of the following positions:

Leanne
George , Controller - oversees general ledger transactions,
the fiscal audit, banking functions, loans, insurance policies,
hand checks, and the accounting, purchasing and payroll functions. |

Robert
Tremblay, Assistant Controller - oversees the monthly
invoicing to our funding sources, the program closeouts, and
the indirect cost analysis. |
Lianne
Linlavong, Accounting Manager - oversees the Accounting
Technician's functions, reconciles bank statements and accounts
receivable reports, and prepares invoices. |

Tiffany
Tran, Staff Accountant prepares accounts receivable reports
and submits cost reimbursement invoices to funding sources.
She reviews all coding and backup on payment requests and
prints the A/P check runs.

JoAnn
Clark, Accounting Technician prepares cash disbursement
requests for incoming bills. She also prepares the bank deposits,
records all cash receipts, and makes all journal entries into
the accounting system. JoAnn also processes hand-check requests
and prepares the mailing for postage. |

Stella
Bababian, Accounting Technician prepares cash disbursement
requests for incoming bills. Stella also prepares bank deposits
and records cash receipts. She enters all accounts receivables
and cash receipts into the accounting system and prepares
the mailing for postage.

Linda
Ardis, Purchasing/Property Manager-oversees the purchasing
of most of the agency supplies and equipment and processes
the payments. The Purchasing/Property Manager requests bids
for individual items costing more than $500 and seeks out
the best deal possible on equipment leases. |

Kathy
Simon, Payroll Manager -responsible for processing the agency
bi-weekly payroll, paying all of the payroll taxes, submitting
the quarterly payroll reports, and sending out the W-2 forms.
The payroll manager also reconciles the life insurance, pension,
disability, auto insurance, D-Cap, and wage garnishments.

Nancy
Zerbinopoulos, Payroll Assistant -inputs time cards, sends
out paychecks, reconciles the dental and health insurance,
and responds to wage requests from the unemployment office.
The payroll assistant also helps to monitor changes in payroll
status initiated by our Human Resources Department. |
