CTI's Division of Energy and Community Resources offers
families, seniors, volunteers and immigrants easy access
to diverse and essential community-based resources. Among
its core programs are Child Care Search providing information
and referral, as well as voucher manangement and provider
training; the Family Resource Network which includes the Community Partnership
for Children and the Family Foundation Network, both of which address the needs of families with children;
the Financial Literacy Academy and the Indiviudal Development Account (IDA) Program that help families to make sound financial decisions and acquire assets such as homeownership, post-secondary education or to start a business; the Volunteer Center and our three Senior Volunteer Programs
offering opportunities to give back to the community;the
Famers' Market providing an
opportunity to sell locally grown produce across the state;
SuitAbility, a program that assists low-income women who are trying to re-enter the workforce with job training workshops and interview clothing; and our Energy Programs including Fuel Assistance, Weatherization, Burner Repair/Replacement and the Appliance Management Program.
