Community Housing, Inc. (CHI) was established in 2002 as a subsidiary real estate corporation to Community Teamwork, Inc. Community Housing Inc. (CHI) is a nonprofit real estate (RE) business committed to providing professional services to municipalities, non-profit organizations, developers, and end users to develop, buy, maintain, and retain affordable housing for low and moderate income individuals and families.

With a unique mix of technical expertise, broad regional relationships, and collaborative skills our focus is to maintain and expand affordable housing options and serve the needs of all of the region’s residents and businesses.

CHI assists in the acquisition and resale of housing in the Homes for Good Program. These houses were originally sold to qualified buyers at affordable prices and contain a deed rider that maintains their affordability when re-sold.
