Community Teamwork, in conjunction with National Grid, formerly the Massachusetts Electric Company, offers an Appliance Management Program (AMP). This program is funded by the utility company and offers energy conservation services to high energy users.

A CTI Energy Manager would visit your home to determine where savings can be made. For customers with very high electric bills, particular attention would be paid to old refrigerators that would be tested for their efficiency. If determined to be inefficient, causing electric bills to soar, the refrigerator would be replaced at no cost to the customer. CTI also offers a similar program in conjunction with Boston Edison.
