Subsidiaries and Partnerships

CTI has expanded its core services and supports through subsidiary and partnership programs. This expansion has allowed us to develop new affordable housing through Common Ground Development Corporation and Community Housing, Inc. It also helps new entrepreneurs to start or expand a small business through the Lowell Small Business Assistance Center and assists at-risk youth to get into college through our partnership with MARA (Mentoring At-Risk Athletes)
