Community Teamwork, Inc. (CTI) is a private, non-profit Community Action Agency and a regional non-profit housing agency offering an array of housing opportunities and supportive services to low-income families.

Our Mission is to assist low-income people to become self-sufficient, to alleviate the effects of poverty, and to assist low-income people to participate in the decisions that affect their lives.

CTI's core service area is comprised of the Greater Lowell area which includes Lowell and the seven surrounding towns of Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Dunstable, Tewksbury, Tyngsboro, and Westford as depicted in the map below. However, some of our programs extend to other areas of the state including portions of Middlesex and Essex Counties and the Metrowest area of Massachusetts.
