Governor Patrick Visits CTI!

On Thursday, November 12, 2009, Governor Patrick visited Lowell to participate in the ground breaking ceremony for the Hamilton Canal District. While in Lowell, the Governor stopped in at CTI for a visit to hear how the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds are helping CTI to create an/or retain jobs and help low-income people obtain the skills they need to get a job. The Governor was accompanied by Undersecretary Tina Brooks from the Department of Housing and Community Development. Also helping to greet the Governor was Senator Steve Panagiotakos, Representatives Tom Golden, Kevin Murphy and David Nangle, Mayor Bud Caulfield, City Manager Bernie Lynch and other dignitaries.
